The heart of the Guggach Primary School in Zurich is the atrium, designed as an unheated intermediate zone. Open in summer and closed in winter: With manually operated sliding doors, the atrium adapts to the changing conditions of the seasons.
孩子们从中庭开启一天的生活,在与室外连通的教室学习,课间到户外空间放松。中庭就像一个大舞台,以开放的姿态拥抱旁边的社区公园。
This is where the children start their day, study in the open-air classrooms, and enjoy breaks outdoors. It opens up invitingly to the neighborhood park - like a large stage.
在一楼,中庭与街道建立了视觉联系,并提供了通往图书馆、地下双层体育馆和礼堂等社区共享设施的通道。
On the first floor, it creates visual links to the street space and provides access to the neighborhood's facilities, such as the library, the underground double sports hall, and the assembly hall.
屋顶结构的设计灵感来自温室,也可以打开,屋顶上集成的遮阳板可在需要时提供遮阳效果。室内气候可以凭借通风口和太阳能设施进行调节,进而实时塑造空间品质和氛围。
The roof, which originates from a greenhouse construction, can also be opened, and the integrated sun protection provides shade when required. In combination with air vents and the sun’s energy, the users can influence the indoor climate. The quality of stay and atmosphere vary in line with the environment.
根据不同的情况需要,室外空间可以被转换成室内空间,或者变成一种介于两者之间的过渡状态。
Depending on the situation, an outdoor space becomes an indoor space - or something in between.
学校空间组团采用了对称布局,除了具有指定功能的空间外,还留有未规划的“留白”空间。这些“为各种可能性预留的空间”可以供师生自由使用,功能和使用方式可以不断重新协商和重新设计。这些空间包括位于公园一侧的两个与户外连通的教室以及中庭的大楼梯,前者作为学校设施的补充,后者可以用作座位平台。
The symmetrically arranged school clusters are designed so that, in addition to their actual function, there is still room for the unplanned: “spaces for possibilities” that are freely available and whose use can be constantly renegotiated and redesigned. These include the two open-air classrooms on the park side, which complement the facilities on offer, and the large staircase in the atrium, which can be used as a seating platform.
小组活动室或多功能厅的可折叠隔墙,也能让使用者在短时间内调整房间的布置。学校提供了多种多样的,既能灵活地满足需求,又坚固耐用的房间。
Foldable partition walls in the group rooms or the multi-purpose room also offer the option of adapting rooms at short notice. A diverse range of rooms is provided that can react flexibly to needs and is robust simultaneously.
这座校舍以客观而理性的态度设计。建筑采用了框架,在承重、材料消耗和长期使用的灵活性上着重进行了优化。柱子、横梁和天花板都是工业预制件,立面上以风撑系统为构件提供支撑。
The school building is designed objectively and rationally. The building was constructed as a skeleton structure to optimize weight, material consumption, and long-term flexibility of use. Columns, beams, and ceilings are industrially prefabricated parts braced by wind bracing on the façade.
开放式的主结构为低层房间确保了高效的自然采光。结构、建筑服务和装修的分离在建筑中许多地方都可以感受到,这种分离被有意地与气候控制设计相结合。中庭以一种建造简单、成本效益高的方式,在隔热层之外设置了可使用空间。
The open primary structure ensures efficient natural lighting of the lower room levels. The consistent separation of structure, building services, and finishing can be experienced in many places and is deliberately incorporated into the atmospheric design. The atrium was constructed simply and cost-effectively as a usable layer outside the insulation perimeter.
