一、设计概念
Design Concept
坪山体育公园所在片区的城市设计,以“望山、见水”作为特色。设计概念来自羽毛球在山丘上飞行,使体育与城市、自然山水共生,因此方案被称为“坪山飞羽”。
The urban design of Shenzhen Pingshan Sports Park area is characterized by the concept of "mountain views and water vistas." The design inspiration is derived from the imagery of a badminton shuttlecock soaring over hills, symbolizing the harmonious coexistence of sports, urban life, and natural landscapes. This concept is aptly named "Flying Feather."

二、规划布局
Planning Layout
基地东北角现有的山丘高约20米。方案关注、尊重自然和城市里的每一处绿色:从山丘扩展、延伸,形成森林公园,和汤坑水公园融为一体;在公园内布置室外运动场地,包括硬地、草地、沙地羽毛球场,以及健身跑道等。
The existing hill at the northeast corner of the site is about 20 meters high. The design respects and incorporates every green space within the city and nature. The hill extends to form a forest park, integrating with Tangkeng Water Park. The park includes outdoor sports facilities such as hard courts, grass courts, sand badminton courts, and fitness tracks.
从规划布局上,“人造”的体育馆地标在东南角,属于城市;“天成”的森林风景在高架沿途。体育和自然交相辉映。高架坪盐通道安装的声学屏障遮挡视线,人们在高架路基本看不到场地,但是经过的时候仍能够获得穿越绿色的感受。同时,这样的布局使主要的体育馆、训练馆、公寓远离高架路的噪声和振动环境。
The "man-made" landmark of the stadium is situated in the southeast, representing the urban setting, while the "natural" forest scenery runs along the elevated road, creating a dynamic interplay between sports and nature. Acoustic barriers installed along the elevated Pingyan Passage block the view, making the site almost invisible from the elevated road, but providing a sensation of passing through greenery when traveling. This layout keeps the main stadium, training center, and apartments away from the noise and vibrations of the elevated road.
体育馆位于两条街道的转角。其屋顶像轻盈的羽毛一样,为沿街的公共空间遮阳、挡雨,适应深圳的气候。在电视转播画面、马峦山顶、周边高层视角,这个屋顶像是一个飞行的羽毛球,形成独特的“坪山飞羽”城市地标星形象。
The stadium is strategically located at the intersection of two streets. Its roof, resembling a lightweight feather, offers shade and shelter to public spaces along the street, adapting to Shenzhen's climatic conditions. From various perspectives, including TV broadcasts, the top of Maluan Mountain, and surrounding high-rise buildings, the stadium roof resembles a flying badminton shuttlecock, establishing a unique urban landmark known as "Flying Feather."
国羽运动员公寓位于山丘顶部,望山见水。流线独立,直通邻近的体育馆、训练馆、热身馆场地和森林公园。100个羽毛球场沿着“羽毛球主题大道”集中布局,实现最大程度的灵活性,便于多功能使用和球场集中运营管理。羽毛球多功能馆、热身馆、全民健身馆相邻共享。商业配套邻近社区和学校。
The national badminton players' apartments are positioned at the hilltop, offering views of both mountains and water. The design ensures independent circulation with direct access to the stadium, training center, warm-up facilities, and forest park. A cluster of 100 badminton courts is centrally arranged along the "Badminton Theme Avenue," maximizing flexibility for multifunctional use and efficient management. The multifunctional badminton hall, warm-up hall, and public fitness center are adjacent and share resources. Commercial facilities are located near the community and schools.
各建筑单体相对独立,可以根据需要进行灵活的分期。体育馆在比赛需求明确后,进行二期建设。
Each building is relatively independent, allowing for flexible phasing according to needs. The second phase of the stadium construction will commence once specific competition requirements are defined.
三、多场景运维
Multi-Scenario Operations
设计方案考虑了5种典型的运维场景:大众开放、国羽封闭训练、羽毛球赛事、大型演出和文化活动、其他单项赛事。
The design accommodates five typical operational scenarios: public access, closed training for the national badminton team, badminton tournaments, large-scale performances and cultural events, and other single-sport events.
封闭训练期间,国羽训练中心全封闭管理、独立运营,和公众开放互不影响。大型赛事期间,体育馆和国羽训练中心设安保线封闭,利用振碧路和锦龙大道的自然高差实现观众和持证人员立体分流,观众由两个地铁站经屋檐下的公共广场集散。
During closed training sessions, the National Badminton Training Center operates independently under full management, without affecting public access. For major events, the stadium and training center are secured with safety perimeters. The natural elevation differences along Zhenbi Road and Jinlong Avenue are utilized to separate spectators and credentialed personnel. Spectators are directed to gathering points via public squares situated under protective eaves from two nearby subway stations.
四、体育工艺
Sports Craftsmanship
从体育工艺角度,设计首要保证羽毛球的比赛和训练的专业性。
From the perspective of sports craftsmanship, the design prioritizes the professionalism required for badminton competitions and training.
坪山体育公园作为国家羽毛球队的基地,需为羽毛球运动提供专业体育工艺,尤其是严格控制的室内外环境。深圳年平均相对湿度达78%,空气密度变化导致羽毛球的轨迹和射程产生显著差异。设计团队特别为场地设计除湿系统,提供精确的温度场、湿度场和风场。
As the base of the national badminton team, Pingshan Sports Park provides top-tier sports craftsmanship for badminton, with meticulously controlled indoor and outdoor environments. Given Shenzhen's annual average relative humidity of 78%, variations in air density significantly impact the trajectory and range of badminton shuttles. A specialized dehumidification system has been designed to maintain precise control over temperature, humidity, and airflow.
五、绿色建筑
Green Building
建筑通过采用适应深圳气候的绿色节能技术,有望实现低碳体育公园的目标。
The project aims to achieve a low-carbon sports park by incorporating green energy-saving technologies suited to Shenzhen's climate.
1、体育馆的屋顶悬挑约15米,为公共集散空间遮阳、挡雨。有遮阳的地表温度下降幅度超过36%,显著改善热环境,节省制冷能耗。
The stadium's roof extends approximately 15 meters, offering shade and shelter to public gathering spaces. Shaded surfaces can reduce ground temperatures by over 36%, significantly improving the thermal environment and reducing cooling energy consumption.
2、商业配套、训练馆屋顶设置约2.6万平方米分布式光伏系统,与车库充电桩结合,形成可持续能源+储能的柔性用能系统。
A distributed photovoltaic system, covering approximately 26,000 square meters, is installed on the roofs of commercial facilities and the training center. This system is integrated with garage charging stations to form a flexible energy system combining sustainable energy and energy storage.
3、所有羽毛球场地,训练馆屋顶开设北向天窗,保证训练环境的同时充分利用自然光。
All badminton courts and the training center's roof feature north-facing skylights, ensuring optimal training conditions while maximizing the use of natural light.
4、建筑空间方整、紧凑,功能实用。体育馆、训练馆采用轻质双层的膜结构屋面。训练馆采用张弦梁结构,节省材料用量,降低建筑隐含碳排放。
The building designs are square, compact, and functional. The stadium and training center utilize lightweight double-layer membrane roofs, while the training center adopts a tension-string beam structure to minimize material usage and reduce the building's embodied carbon footprint.
坪山飞羽方案,在经济可行的前提下,实现体育与城市、自然共生。
The "Flying Feather" project achieves the harmonious coexistence of sports, urban life, and nature within an economically viable framework.
