寻饮

SipSeek

寻饮空间是一个精酿空间（寻饮 SipSeek）与当代艺术画廊（溯空间 SuSpace）为一体的复合空间。空间追寻一种探索性，在艺术空间中寻酒，也在酒的精神空间中寻找艺术。项目位于上海市松江区百原云谷内，场地原来是服装厂，后改造为文创园区。

The SipSeek space is a hybrid venue that combines the craft beer space (SipSeek) with the contemporary gallery (SuSpace). The space aims to create an exploratory experience, where one can discover both art within the gallery and the spirit of art within the world of craft beer. The project is located in the Baiyuan Yungu area of Songjiang District, Shanghai, the site was originally a garment factory before being transformed into a cultural and creative park.

精神容器

Spiritual Vessel

现代精酿啤酒源自于传统啤酒文化，在技术与理念的不断革新中逐渐发展成庞大的文化体系。精酿背后所承载的文化，以酒精作为媒介，向大众展示着其个性、独立、包容和创新，为众人打开精神世界之门，使人们进入不同的意识领域并产生深层次的对话。

Modern craft beer originates from traditional beer culture and has gradually evolved into a vast cultural system through continuous technological and conceptual innovation. The culture behind craft beer, using alcohol as a medium, showcases its individuality, independence, inclusivity, and innovation. It opens the door to the spiritual realm, allowing people to enter different planes of consciousness and engage in profound dialogue.

圆厅空间的高宽比例接近2:1，营造出一个与精神世界对话的独特空间。光线投射在圆筒上，在不同时段形成不同的光影形态，顾客在品酒的同时静待时间流逝。

The rotunda has a height-to-width ratio of approximately 2:1, creating a space for dialogue with the spiritual world. At different times of the day, the light casts varying shapes on the cylindrical walls, allowing one to savor the beer while quietly awaiting the passing of time.

在这里，时间仿佛被放慢了。人们可以坐在弧形的座椅上，手捧一杯酒，静静地感受时空带来的所有情绪。每一口酒，都是一次自我内心的探寻；每一次举杯，都是一场与精神空间的交流。

Here, time seems to be slowed down. People can sit on the curved seats, hold a glass of wine in their hands, and quietly feel all the emotions that time and space evoke. Every sip of wine is an exploration of one's inner self; each raise of the glass is a conversation with the spiritual realm.

流动的艺术

The Art of Flow

空间围绕圆厅展开，向外辐射。精酿空间与画廊之间没有明确的分割边界，只通过高差提示空间的变化。这也为布展留下了极大的灵活性，一些装置类和互动类展品可以巧妙地融入精酿空间。两个空间相互连接交织，形成在精酿与画廊之间穿行的漫游感。

The space unfolds around the rotunda, radiating outward. There is no clear boundary between the craft beer space and the gallery, with changes in elevation signaling shifts in the space. This design also provides great flexibility for exhibition layout, allowing interactive and installation pieces to be placed within the craft beer space. The two areas are interconnected and intertwined, creating a sense of roaming between the craft beer space and the gallery.

内外转换

Interior-Exterior Transition

主入口向下经过三级台阶进入圆厅，这个高差正好作为一层的座椅，围绕着圆筒内侧展开，形成一个向心性的空间。

From the main entrance, three steps lead down into the rotunda This change in elevation creates a tier of seating that surrounds the inner side of the cylinder, forming a centripetal space.

二层的座椅布置在圆筒外侧，透过玻璃幕墙，享受极佳的景观视野。圆厅内部借助原有的结构梁，形成中心走廊，并与多个开洞相结合，打造多视点的对望空间。

The seating on the second floor is arranged on the outer side of the cylinder, offering excellent views through the glass curtain wall. Inside the rotunda, the original structural beams create a central corridor. Along with several openings, this design creates a space with multiple viewpoints, allowing for a dynamic visual connection between different areas.

三层的座椅转换至内侧，圆筒向上延伸，成为座椅的靠背。四个弧形的桌子拼合成一个圆桌，可用于举办各类沙龙活动。平时则可分散使用，作为酒吧的餐桌。

On the third floor, the seating is positioned on the inner side, with the cylinder extending upward to become the backrest of the chairs. Four curved tables are arranged together to form a round table, ideal for hosting various salon events. When not in use for events, the tables can be dispersed and serve as dining tables for the bar.

交通空间功能化

Functionalization of Transportation Spaces

交通空间不仅是连接不同层高的竖向元素，更是具备功能性的“艺术品”。台阶从酒吧区延伸至展览区，既承担楼梯的连接功能，又可作为展台或活动时的座椅。台阶和片墙结合，形成丰富的视线交流空间。

The circulation space is not just a vertical element connecting different levels; it is a functional "art piece." The stairs extend from the bar area to the exhibition space, serving both as a means of connecting the upper and lower spaces and as a platform or seating during events. The combination of the stairs and partition walls creates a rich visual exchange space.

“秘密”动线

The 'Secret' Route

办公区拥有独立的入口和接待空间，实现办公与对外营业空间的动线互不干扰，同时通过隐形门相互连通。

The office area has a separate entrance and reception space, ensuring that the office and public-facing business areas are designed to keep their circulation paths separate, while remaining interconnected through concealed doors.

接待室与办公区通过隐秘动线连接。这些空间既可以不与酒吧动线叠合，形成独立的流线，同时也可通过隐形门直达精酿空间。这样的设计既划分了公共与私密，又能根据不同活动需求灵活决定开放的空间部分。

The reception area and office are connected by a hidden circulation route. These spaces can function independently from the bar's circulation path, creating a separate route. Alternatively, they can be accessed directly through concealed doors into the craft beer space. This design ensures the independence of public and private areas while allowing for flexibility, with certain spaces opening up depending on the needs of different events.

结语

Conclusion

寻饮空间不仅是一个精酿酒吧与画廊的结合，更是一个让人们暂时逃离喧嚣、寻找内心宁静的精神空间。建筑柔和的曲线、温暖的光影与静谧的氛围，共同构筑了一场人与空间的对话。这里的一切仿佛都在诉说：在这个钢筋水泥的世界里，我们总需要寻找一个角落，能让心灵得以安放，让精神获得片刻的自由。

The SipSeek space is not just a fusion of a craft beer bar and a gallery, but also a spiritual space where people can temporarily escape the hustle and bustle and find inner tranquility. The soft curves of the architecture, the warm interplay of light and shadow, and the tranquil atmosphere all come together to create a dialogue between people and space. Everything here seems to tell us, that in this world of steel and concrete, we all need to find a corner where our souls can be at rest, and our spirits can experience a moment of freedom.
