01  项目背景

BACKGROUND

根据《深圳市高中学校建设方案(2020—2025年)》,2020—2022年深圳市计划建成30所高水平设计高标准建设的高中学校,以缓解深圳教育资源紧张的现状。

According to the "Shenzhen High School Construction Plan (2020-2025)", from 2020 to 2022, Shenzhen will build 30 high school schools with high-level design and high-standard construction, so as to alleviate the shortage of educational resources in Shenzhen.

 

本项目关注新时代发展对教育模式的触动,以“研究导向”的设计方式,打破教育时间和功能空间的壁垒,提出“社会生态校城主义”的宣言,努力为深圳十四中创造既符合当下,有自我维稳能力,同时又有生长进化潜力,在未来可以产生辐射带动作用的“校城生态系统”。

We pay attention to the development of the new era and touch the education model, break the barriers of educational time and functional space with a "research-oriented" design method, put forward the declaration of "social and ecological school-city doctrine", and strive to create a self-maintenance ability for Shenzhen No. 14 Middle School. At the same time, it has the potential for growth and evolution, and can produce a "school city ecosystem" that can be radiated and driven in the future.

02  项目概况

PROJECT OVERVIEW

深圳市聚龙科学中学(规划名“深圳市第十四高级中学”)占地面积6.7万平方米,建筑面积11万平方米,是一所能容纳60个班级、3000个学位的全寄宿制公办高中,学校已于2022年9月投入使用。

Shenzhen Julong Science Middle School (planned as "Shenzhen 14th Senior High School") covers an area of 67,000 square meters, with a construction area of 110,000 square meters, is a full-boarding public high school that can accommodate 60 classes and 3,000 places, and the school has been put into use in September 2022.

03  设计理念

DESIGN CONCEPT

项目基地处于深圳与惠州的交界处,属于城市辖区边缘,周边城市配套尚不成熟。设计巧妙地将现状转化为优势,创造独特的“校城生态主义”社会生态系统,具备社区完善性、社会渗透性、空间多维性、城市标志性。

The project base is located at the junction of Shenzhen and Huizhou, which belongs to the edge of the urban jurisdiction, and the surrounding urban facilities are not yet mature. The design cleverly transforms the status quo into an advantage, creating a unique "school-city ecological" social ecosystem, with community integrity, social permeability, spatial multi-dimensionality, and urban icon.

社区完善性

“校城”应拥有相对完善的社区生活体系,具备一定的自我支持属性,满足学生学习和生活双重需求。除传统教学空间以外,设计创造了包括交流、沟通、协作、竞争、计划、规划等一系列行为的发生场地。

The "school city" should have a relatively complete community life system, have certain self-support attributes, meet the dual needs of students' learning and life, and create a place for a series of behaviors including communication, communication, collaboration, competition, planning, and planning in addition to the traditional teaching space.

社会渗透性

在“校城”内,“社会界面”与校园界面有一定程度的空间渗透,为学生提供社会模拟体验;校内与校外也应有一定程度的时间渗透,校内“社会界面”一方面接受社会更新,一方面也有能力独立运作,反哺社会。

There is a certain degree of spatial penetration between the "social interface" and the campus interface in the "school city", providing students with a social simulation experience. There should also be a certain degree of time penetration between the school and the outside of the school, and the "social interface" on the campus should accept social renewal on the one hand, and have the ability to operate independently and feed back to the society on the other hand.

空间多维性

“校城”的物理空间顺应功能重组而进行“重构”,在各个方面提升空间维度、丰富度,以更好地促进各种学习活动发生。

The physical space of the "school city" is "reconstructed" in accordance with the functional reorganization, and the spatial dimension and richness are enhanced in all aspects to better promote the occurrence of various learning activities.

 

设计用新模式把对应空间“解构”并“重组,依照逻辑对传统教学空间“重塑”,使其成为学生们积累知识的生态圈、进入大学的预备场、步入社会的模拟器,学校成为全面发展人才的培养皿。

Use the new model to "deconstruct" and "reorganize" the corresponding space; According to the logic, the traditional teaching space is "reshaped". 城市标识性

“校城”应具备一定的城市标识性,尤其在环境背景比较复杂的情况下,学校作为一种新时代的教育宣言,产生标志性的城市界面。

The "school city" should have a certain degree of urban identity, especially in the case of complex and conflicting environmental backgrounds, as an educational manifesto in the new era, producing a landmark urban interface.

04  设计策略

DESIGN STRATEGY

开放交流的校园空间

项目整体南北呼应,将学校南北入口打造成一条中轴线,结合景观、外部河流形成基础格局,学校结构被规划为四区、三轴、十二空间,功能各异,构成户外活动的空间系列。

The overall north and south of the project echoes, turning the north and south entrances of the school into a central axis, combining the landscape and external rivers to form a basic pattern, and planning the school structure into four areas, three axes, and twelve spaces, with different functions, constituting a series of spaces for outdoor activities.

极富空间张力的开放式校门

 

入口处的巨型飘板连接了两侧的教学楼与综合楼,形成两个区域的自然过渡,放大尺度的平台创造了师生汇合集散的场所。入口广场的地面层和架空层延伸开来,同时连接综合楼、教学楼、宿舍楼等主要建筑群落,两个层面之间由多个楼梯相连。

The giant rooftop float at the entrance connects the academic buildings on both sides with the complex building, forming a natural transition between the two areas. The enlarged platform creates a place for teachers and students to gather and distribute. The ground and elevated floors of the entrance plaza extend to connect the main building complexes such as the complex, the teaching building, and the dormitory building, and the two levels are connected by multiple staircases.

重塑的教学空间

 

新教育模式下,学校更强调学生的自主性,鼓励学生在校园中交流互动,在开放的环境中自由学习。综合楼被设计成多功能混合的交互MALL,促进各种学习活动的发生。同时,多功能厅和体育馆等设施对外界开放,实现了校园与社会的共享。

Under the new education model, the school emphasizes the autonomy of students, encourages students to communicate and interact on campus, and learns freely in an open environment. At the same time, multi-purpose halls and gymnasiums are open to the outside world, which also realizes the sharing of the campus and society.

行云流水的中心庭院

双层设计使得校园内部在水平和垂直面上四通八达,纵横交错,各个功能区紧密连接,为师生提供了多样的活动和交通空间。平台下方的架空区成为第二通道,整个空间的设计层次丰富,虚实结合,同时走廊下灰空间为师生创造了多样的活动空间。

The double-storey design allows the campus to be connected horizontally and vertically, providing a variety of activities and transportation spaces for teachers and students. The overhead area under the platform becomes the second channel, and the design of the whole space is rich, combining virtual and real, while the gray space under the corridor creates a variety of activity spaces for teachers and students.

半围合建筑组群的独立庭院

留白空间赋予更多自主活动场所,每个教学楼都拥有独立的活动庭院,每个庭院的风格又不尽相同。

鲜明特色的立面材质语言

学校建筑的整体外墙材料以灰色铝板为基调,以陶板、冲孔板为点缀,配色简约,营造出丰富、活力、灵动、舒适的校园氛围,打造“特色校城”。

The overall exterior wall material of the school building is based on gray aluminum plates, embellished with ceramic plates and perforated plates, and the color matching is simple, creating a rich, energetic, smart and comfortable campus atmosphere, creating a "characteristic school city".

生态与功能融合的生活区

私密性与共享性的巧妙结合,为高中生们创造一个更有利于、学习和休闲交流的住宿环境,室内设计使用极简几何形式与色彩对比,创造出灵动、轻盈、富有活力的室内空间。

The clever combination of privacy and sharing creates a more conducive accommodation environment for high school students to learn and relax, and the interior design uses minimalist geometric forms and color contrasts to create a flexible, light and dynamic interior space.
