本案位于成都主城区与龙泉驿区的交接处，左侧临近成都青龙湖湿地公园，右侧为龙泉山森立公园，立足良好生态本底 , 形成“拥湖望山”形态格局，基于这样的在地背景，延续城市生态基调，结合产品属性和客群需求，以现代艺术设计手法，探索空间的变化，定义生活的可能，打造活力多元生态空间。
The project is located in the intersection of Chengdu's main urban area and Longquanyi District, with Chengdu Qinglonghu Wetland Park on the left and Longquanshan Forest Park on the right. Based on a good ecological background, the project forms a pattern of "embracing the lake and looking at the mountain". Based on such a local background, the project continues the urban ecological tone, combines product attributes and customer needs, and explores spatial changes with modern art design techniques. Define the possibility of life and create a dynamic multi-ecological space.
在此空间设计中我们延续建筑植根于“青龙湖水杉”的形体语言，提取青龙湖湿地公园、龙泉山森林公园的在地文化概念，将湖山元素引入，于建筑体构的平台、镂空、层叠起合的高低错落间融入“垂直雨林，烟火生态”的主题理念，形成具有街区氛围感与城市烟火气的地标之所。
另一方面项目对面有现状底商，因为处于城乡结合区域，故整体底商品质不高，周边也缺少提供居民休闲的场所。而我们项目的呈现，恰好弥补了这样的空白，打破了原来固有底商的模式，也改变了周围居民对底商的认知-原来底商除了购买日常的生活所需，也可以能提供林下交流，营造富有场景体验感的街头自然主义社区。
In this space design, we continue the physical language of the building rooted in "Qinglonghu metasequoia", extract the local cultural concept of Qinglonghu Wetland Park and Longquanshan Forest Park, introduce the elements of lake and mountain, and integrate the theme concept of "vertical rainforest, fireworks ecology" into the platform, hollow-out and overlapping of the building structure. Form a landmark with a sense of neighborhood atmosphere and urban fireworks.
On the other hand, there is a current business opposite the project, because it is located in the urban-rural integration area, the overall quality of the bottom goods is not high, and the surrounding area lacks places to provide residents with leisure. And the presentation of our project just makes up for such a gap, breaks the original inherent mode of bottom quotient, and also changes the surrounding residents' cognition of bottom quotient.

街区的层叠趣味
THE LAYERING OF BLOCKS
售楼处的建筑，未来会作为商业街区的一部分使用，在前策阶段，有提出“早C晚A”的想法，希望不管是景观还是建筑，能承载类似的功能，便于后续销售及盘活商业。故在前期多专业讨论之初，建议建筑坚持开顶做水帘，包括景观材料选色的呼应，都想把整体性从一而终的贯穿。
The building of the sales office will be used as part of the commercial district in the future. In the pre-planning stage, the idea of "early C and late A" has been proposed, hoping that whether it is landscape or building, it can carry similar functions to facilitate subsequent sales and invigorate business. Therefore, at the beginning of the multi-professional discussion in the early stage, it is suggested that the building adhere to the open top as a water curtain, including the echo of the color selection of landscape materials, and want to carry out the integrity from one end to the end.
水帘从建筑贯穿而下，丰茂的植被伴着错落的跌水景观与湿润的水汽，营造触觉、视觉、听觉的多重感受。
The water curtain runs down from the building, and the rich vegetation is accompanied by the scattered falling water landscape and wet water vapor, creating multiple feelings of touch, vision and hearing.
熊猫作为成都的标志性元素之一，我们也把其带到了项目之中。穿插游走在屋顶、草丛之中，憨态可掬的熊猫和场地的融合，让街头的社区，充满了更多的温馨与自然。
Panda as one of the symbolic elements of Chengdu, we also brought it into the project. Interspersed in the roof, grass, cute panda and the integration of the site, so that the street community, full of more warmth and nature.

社区的多元烟火
FIREWORKS IN THE COMMUNITY
回归社区本身，对于社区居民来讲，景观应从生活中生长出来，有趣的空间应该藏在植物与场景之中，有温度有情感有烟火气。如果说住宅是居民的生活之所，那社区商业就是社区居民的邻里之所。
Returning to the community itself, for the residents of the community, the landscape should grow out of life, and the interesting space should be hidden in the plants and scenes, with temperature, emotion and fireworks. If the residence is the place where the residents live, then the community business is the neighborhood of the community residents.
一些标志性创意设计打破原有呆板的空间，把生活变得轻松惬意，同筑而生富有精神和情感共鸣的场所。
Break the original rigid space, make life relaxed and comfortable, and produce a place with spiritual and emotional resonance.
通过对在地植物的研究，将雨林搬到社区，跳出传统示范区对植物空间的的营造，创造出自然包裹感的植境空间，轻松惬意之下，是我们对多元植物的在地思考。
Through the study of local plants, the rainforest is moved to the community to create a sense of natural wrapping, which breaks away from the construction of plant space in the traditional demonstration area. Under the relaxed and comfortable, we think about perse plants on the ground.

植物的自然主义
NATURALISM OF PLANTS
在整个场地的空间设计中，我们以“绿野仙踪”为色彩骨架，在亲人尺度的空间中通过不同方式高低错落的搭接，各类植物质感丰富，巧妙地减少了空间的纵深感，拉近了人与植物之间的距离，从而营造出一种轻松自然的雨林氛围。
The space of the family scale, with the "Wizard of Oz" as the color skeleton, through the non-high and low patchwork, all kinds of plants are rich in texture, cleverly reduce the depth of the space, narrow the distance between people and plants, and penetrate the natural ecology to create a relaxed and natural rainforest atmosphere.
植物空间用蓝花楹、鸡爪槭搭建，雨林花镜的意境营造则运用了美丽针葵、无花果、结香，天堂鸟、象耳芋、木槿；地被选用春羽、蓝鸟鼠尾草、翠芦莉、鸟巢蕨、小天使、富贵蕨、马樱丹、大吴风草、一叶兰，构建生态自然的雨林生态圈。
The plant space is built with jacaranda and maple, and the rainforest flower mirror is constructed with beautiful sunflower, FIG, incense, bird of paradise, elephant ear taro and hibiscus. The ground is selected as spring feather, blue bird sage, green Luoli, Bird's Nest fern, little angel, rich fern, Ma Ceringdan, Dawu Bluegrass, and one leaf orchid to build an ecological and natural rainforest ecosystem.
我们想构建的，并不是固定的某种空间结构或形式，只是在设想人们在沉浸式工作的同时，也能于无形之中强化人们对自然的认知，激发潜能与想象力，让生活与自然达到深层且有意义的融合。
What we want to build is not a fixed spatial structure or form, but the idea that people are immersed in work at the same time can also invisibly strengthen people's cognition of nature, stimulate potential and imagination, so that life and work can achieve a deep and meaningful integration.
