在现代教育需求的推动下,校园正朝着更加开放灵活的方向发展。多功能学习空间和互动交流空间成为实现教育理念的重要场所。在建筑设计中,学校不仅关注日常教学功能,还希望与社区深度互动,传达教育价值与精神。非常有幸,我们能投入到这次“校园综合体”的建筑研究和设计中。
Driven by the demands of modern education, campuses are moving towards greater openness and flexibility. Multi-functional learning spaces and interactive communication spaces have become important places to realize the concept of education. In architectural design, schools not only focus on daily teaching functions, but also want to deeply interact with the community and convey educational values and spirit. We are also fortunate to be involved in the architectural research and design of the Campus Complex.
三亚第七小学海罗校区位于海南省三亚市中央商务区。随着商务区的发展,人口数量不断增加,家庭对优质教育资源的需求也随之增长。三亚第七小学海罗校区的建设契合区域发展的长期规划,提供了现代化的教学设施和资源,为区域注入现代化教育的创新活力氛围。
Sanya No. 7 Primary School Hailuo Campus is located in the Central Business District of Sanya City, Hainan Province. As the business district develops, the population grows and so does the demand for quality educational resources. The construction of Sanya No. 7 Primary School Hailuo Campus is in line with the long-term plan for the development of the area, providing modern teaching facilities and resources, and injecting the innovative and dynamic atmosphere of modern education into the area.

书山绿廊
开放、探索、生态的校园
2024年9月,三亚第七小学海罗校区正式启用。校园的空间概念是”书山绿廊”,设计根植于创新与包容的教育理念,旨在重塑传统学习环境,力求呈现一个“开放”“探索”“生态”的现代化校园。
In September 2024, Sanya No. 7 Primary School Hailuo Campus was officially opened. The spatial concept of the campus is a ‘green corridor of books’, rooted in the concept of innovative and inclusive education, and the goal of reinventing the traditional learning environment, the design seeks to present a modern campus that is ‘open, exploratory and ecological’.
书山塑形,校园退台错落,塑造开放空间;绿廊串联,空间立体复合,激发探索精神。
The book mountain molds the shape of the campus, and the campus retreats are staggered, shaping the open space. The green corridors are linked together, and the space is three-dimensional and complex, stimulating the spirit of exploration.
设计师通过教学单元模块组合的手法,构建了一个亲近自然的立体景观空间。层叠的活动平台形似一本本堆叠的书本,呼应学校的文化特征。
Through the modular combination of teaching units, a three-dimensional landscape space close to nature is constructed, and the stacked activity platforms resemble stacked books, echoing the cultural characteristics of the school.

量身定制
契合场地特质,因地制宜布局
三亚第七小学海罗校区包含了教学、公共体育活动、行政办公、宿舍等核心模块。结合周边保留现状和基地高差,校园总体布局面向片区的城市绿廊呈U字型布局,景观视野贯通。
Sanya No.7 Primary School Hailuo Campus contains core modules such as teaching, public sports activities, administrative offices and dormitories. Taking into account the current situation of the neighborhood and the height difference between the bases, the overall layout of the campus faces the urban green corridor of the district in a U-shape layout, with a coherent landscape view.
同时,依据上位规划的解读,校园作为面向城市绿轴的第一界面,有序地衔接开放的景观空间与密集的城市空间。主入口形成迎接之势,回应城市肌理和空间形态。技术层面上,建筑师对出入口位置和地下室的开挖做了理性分析和土方平衡后,较合理地整合了校园基地布局。
At the same time, interpreting the previous plan, the campus as the first interface facing the green axis of the city, orderly connects the open landscape space with the dense urban space. The main entrance forms a welcoming gesture, responding to the urban texture and spatial form. On the technical level, the rational analysis and earth balance of the location of the entrance and the excavation of the basement were made, and the campus base layout was integrated in a more reasonable way.

灵动的教学区
适应三亚气候的校园风貌
建筑向规划的海罗中央绿带呈退台形式,向景观面层层跌落,提供丰富多元的室内外活动空间。同时,建筑向操场面开放,呼应周围环境,形成了多维空间和立体交通系统,将各功能模块连接,构建成一个互通紧密的校园。这样不仅为校园增添了层次感,使得室内外空间得以自然过渡,还能有效扩大学生的活动区域,使他们能更亲近自然,享受户外生活的乐趣。
The building is set back from the planned central green belt of Hailo, and falls down to the landscape, providing rich and diversified indoor and outdoor activity spaces. It also opens up to the playground, forming a multi-dimensional space and a three-dimensional traffic system that connects the various functional modules to form an interconnected and tightly knit campus. This not only adds a sense of hierarchy to the campus, allowing for a natural transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, but also effectively expands the activity area for students, enabling them to get closer to nature and enjoy the pleasures of outdoor life.
教学区围合出两个活力庭院,创造了有趣的空间和不同楼层间的视觉联系,是学生们课间午后的活力探索聚集地。开放连廊突破了传统的通道概念,串联公共平台和各类公共教室,并设置有流动图书馆、情感交流角、小组讨论角等,使教学区成为一个互通互联的学习共同体。
The teaching area encloses two vibrant courtyard, generating interesting spaces and visual connections between different floors, which is a vibrant gathering place for students to explore between classes. The open corridor breaks through the traditional concept of passageway and connects the public platform and various public classrooms, and is equipped with mobile libraries, emotional communication corners, group discussion corners, etc., making the teaching area an interconnected learning community.
建筑底层和屋顶设置的架空空间,不仅为学生提供了风雨无阻的室外活动场所,还有助于改善校园的通风和光照条件。 下沉式空间的设计创造出丰富的地下空间,用于文体设施、餐厅等。这不仅增加了校园的使用面积,也为学生提供了更多的休闲和社交场所。
By providing elevated space on the ground floor and roof of the building, it not only provides students with outdoor activities in rain or shine, but also helps to improve the ventilation and lighting conditions of the campus.The design of the sunken space can create abundant underground space for cultural and sports facilities, dining halls, etc., which not only increases the usable area of the campus, but also provides more leisure and socialising places for students.
建筑立面通过采用阳台、遮阳构件和垂直绿化,形成了立体化的景观空间,减少了阳光直晒,积极适应热带气候,从而减少了空调等能耗设备的使用,达到了节能减排的目的。
The building façade adopts balconies, sun-shading elements and vertical greenery to form a three-dimensional landscape space that reduces direct sunlight and responds positively to the tropical climate. This reduces the use of energy-consuming equipment such as air-conditioners and achieves energy saving and emission reduction.

孩子们的自由天地
适应当下的绿色校园
在节地高密度的规划和现代校园建设多中心、开放的趋势双重推动下,当下的校园正描绘着教育现代化、个性化和灵活化的理想状态。设计团队也跟随着这股设计思潮积极且谦逊地回应着,努力将校园打造成一个全天候、多中心、开放包容、实用美观的知识孵化器。
Driven by the force of land-saving, high-density planning and the trend towards multi-centricity and openness in modern campus, today's campuses are depicting the ideal state of modernisation, personalisation and flexibility in education. We have responded positively and humbly to this design trend, trying our best to make the campus an all-weather, multi-centred, open and inclusive, functional and beautiful incubator of knowledge.
这是一个互动开放的教学天地。项目结合三亚气候特点,创造功能界限的混合区域,塑造校园里的立体化活动场所,让学习与交流无处不在。
This is an interactive and open teaching world. The project takes into account the climatic characteristics of Sanya, and shapes a three-dimensional activity place in the campus by creating mixed areas without functional boundaries, so that learning and communication can take place everywhere.
这是一个活力朝气的探索乐园。校园内充满了丰富多彩、充满惊喜的公共空间,鼓励学生们的探索欲与好奇心,形成积极向上充满活力的校园氛围。
It is a vibrant and dynamic playground for exploration. The campus is full of colorful and surprising public spaces that encourage students' desire to explore and curiosity, creating a positive and vibrant campus atmosphere.
这是一个阳光健康的生态绿圃。设计师将绿色概念融入每个设计细节,结合项目周边布置立体的景观体系,将校园打造成为一个美丽的生态花园,创造出适应未来教育的学习环境。
This is a sunny and healthy ecological green garden. Incorporating green concepts into every design detail, combined with a three-dimensional landscape system arranged around the project, the campus is made into a beautiful ecological garden, creating a learning environment adapted to future education.
