2025年12月，由江苏博森建筑设计有限公司方案和施工图团队原创设计的伯渎河体育中心正式竣工。项目位于无锡市新吴区，北至泰伯大道，南邻伯渎河，占地面积约1.09万平方米，建筑面积约2.05万平方米，是新吴区重点打造、服务全区的群众性综合休闲运动体育场馆。

In December 2025, the Bo Du River Sports Center, originally designed by the conceptual and construction drawing teams of Jiangsu Bosen Architectural Design Co., Ltd., was officially completed. Located in Xinwu District, Wuxi, the project is bordered by Taibo Avenue to the north and adjacent to the Bo Du River to the south. Spanning a site area of approximately 10,900 square meters with a total floor area of 20,500 square meters, it stands as a key public comprehensive sports and leisure facility developed by Xinwu District to serve the entire community.

项目背景

Design Background

项目位于伯渎河北岸，伯渎河沿线已形成数公里长的休闲步道，体育中心与周边的体育公园一起构成景观带上的文体节点。在紧张的用地上协调多种体育功能的组合，同时呼应自然环境，融合地域特征，这是整个项目的定位要求。

The Bo Du River Sports Center is situated on the northern bank of the Bo Du River, where a multi-kilometer recreational waterfront promenade has already been established. Together with neighboring sports parks, the center forms a cultural and athletic node within the broader riverside landscape belt. The project’s design mandate required reconciling diverse sports functions within a compact site while harmonizing with the natural environment and integrating regional characteristics.

伯渎河是中国历史上第一条人工开凿的运河，在风景如画的水岸边，设计团队认为体育建筑不应该是割裂自然的巨大体量。当下的体育场馆在承担相应运动功能外，更应成为城市空间的链接点、公共生活的纽带，串联起市民的日常生活。

As the first artificial canal in Chinese history, the Bo Du River’s picturesque waterfront inspired a design philosophy that rejects sports architecture as an isolated, monolithic structure. Modern sports facilities must transcend their functional roles to become urban connectors and social catalysts, interwoven with daily civic life.

整体设计将其纳入河岸慢行系统的整体框架予以考量。为有效消解建筑的大体量对城市空间的压迫感，促进体育公园活力要素向建筑内部的渗透，同时优化人群的可达性与流线组织，创新性地植入“登高步道”。该廊道由多级台阶、坡道及挑台等建筑元素构成，于建筑挑檐覆盖区域形成一条全天候开放且不受时间管理限制的室外登山步道。此步道作为空间纽带，串联起体育馆首层的乒乓球馆、游泳馆，以及二层的羽毛球馆、健身馆、篮球馆等多元功能空间，达成了不同功能区域之间的高效连通与协同运作。

Integrated into the riverside slow-traffic framework, the design innovatively incorporates an Elevated Trail System to mitigate the building’s volumetric impact on the urban fabric. This system fosters permeability between the sports park’s vitality and the interior spaces while optimizing pedestrian accessibility and circulation. Composed of multi-level terraces, ramps, and cantilevered platforms beneath the building’s overhanging eaves, the trail forms a 24/7 accessible outdoor pathway. Serving as a spatial spine, it seamlessly links ground-floor facilities (table tennis and swimming halls) with second-floor venues (badminton, fitness, and basketball halls), enabling efficient interfunctional connectivity.

步道顶端设置的空中“观景台”，步道全时段开放，在立体“登高廊道”引导下，不仅为河中的水上体育活动提供了独特的观演视角，更成为伯渎河景观带的公共观景平台，实现了体育建筑与城市自然景观的互动融合。不同层级的立体建筑外部空间经有机组织，共同构建起开放性的跑步路线，并与公园内部的跑步步道无缝对接，形成了一个集运动健身、休闲观景、城市交往等多功能于一体的综合性、开放性空间体系。

A Sky Viewing Platform crowns the trail, offering panoramic vistas of aquatic activities on the river while doubling as a public observation deck for the Bo Du River landscape belt. The three-dimensionally organized external spaces create an open running route that integrates with the park’s jogging paths, forging a multifunctional hub for fitness, leisure, sightseeing, and urban interaction.

整个建筑外形以穿梭于水面的舟楫为原型，建筑造型灵感源于古建筑飞檐，屋顶上扬如“扬帆游轮”，立面采用玻璃幕墙、石材与铝板，结合伯渎河水景形成“天水一色”的视觉效果，为城市空间带来活泼向上的天际线，丰富城市立面层次，形成城市地标的整体造型。

The building’s form draws inspiration from boats gliding on water and traditional Chinese architectural eaves. Its upward-curving roof evokes a “sail-cruiser,” while facades of glass curtain walls, stone cladding, and aluminum panels reflect the river’s hues, creating a visual harmony of “sky-water unity.” This dynamic silhouette enriches the city’s skyline and establishes a landmark identity.

综合性运动场馆配置：包含游泳馆（含标准泳池和儿童池）、篮球馆（主场馆）、羽毛球馆、乒乓球馆、壁球馆、攀岩馆（含16米高速度道和难度道）、健身房等，覆盖全年龄段运动需求。

Comprehensive Venue Configuration: Swimming complex (standard + children’s pools), Basketball arena (main court), Badminton, table tennis, and squash halls, Climbing center (16m speed/difficulty walls), Fitness center

人性化设计：游泳馆铺设地暖、采用变频除湿系统；无障碍卫生间、防滑扶手；攀岩馆配备安全监控设备，儿童池独立水循环系统。

User-Centric Design: Radiant floor heating and variable-frequency dehumidification in swimming halls, Barrier-free restrooms with anti-slip handrails, Child pool with independent water circulation, Climbing hall safety monitoring systems

绿色建筑技术：获二星级绿色建筑认证，采用屋顶太阳能热水系统、穿孔铝板幕墙遮阳、新风系统节能，篮球馆采用轻质木结构屋顶（重量减轻65%，能耗仅传统结构的1/5）。

Green Building Technologies: Two-Star Green Building Certification, Roof-mounted solar water heating, Perforated aluminum shading facades, Energy-efficient ventilation systems, Lightweight timber structure roof for basketball arena (65% weight reduction, 1/5 energy consumption of conventional systems)
